RefWorks Classic: Scopus

A quick introduction to using RefWorks including importing from various databases.

Direct export

  1. Check box next to the records in the results set you want to select.

  2. Click 'Export' in the menu above the document results set.

  3. The export format should default to RefWorks Direct Export so leave that alone.

  4. The output defaults to citations only, if you want to include the abstract click the drop down box and select the desired option or simply leave it as citations and click the 'Export' button.

  5. You will be prompted to log into RefWorks

  6. Once logged in your records will be imported into the 'Last imported' folder. Refile them into another folder.
