"The goals of the Diversity, Inclusion, and Health Equity Collection are to provide trainees, faculty, deans, staff, and other institutional leaders tangible, practice-based, peer-reviewed resources to contribute to:
Developing an environment (i.e., academic, clinical, community-based) that promotes multiple perspectives, mutual respect, and inclusiveness for all;
Conducting culturally responsive clinical, research, educational, and service work and scholarship;
Disseminating best practices in diversity, inclusion, and health equity through publishing resources developed, implemented, and refined at one or more institutions that can be replicated or adapted for use at other institutions."
