- LibKey Nomad
A browser extension that links you directly to full texts of articles available through Himmelfarb, wherever you find them. Download the LibKey Nomad browser extension, then choose ‘George Washington University – Himmelfarb Library’ as your institution, and you’re good to go!
Electronic Resources
To use the Himmelfarb Library's online collections from off-campus locations, log in via VPN or GW UserID.
- VPN: this method will work best on your personal computer. VPN use requires a software download and simple set-up; you will start the VPN software and log in before accessing the Himmelfarb Library's online resources.
- GW UserID: this method requires no set-up and works well on any computer, including secured workplace computers. The GW UserID method uses a web-based proxy server; you will be automatically prompted to log in when you access the Himmelfarb Library's online resources.
