School nutrition guidelines. Originally the Whole Grain requirement was half until 2012 when 100% Whole Grains was supposed to be required. Since then that goal has been modified twice, see below.
Trump administration (Ag Secretary Purdue) modification to the HHFKA for the period 2017-2020:
Whole Grains - half ingredients can be Whole Grains,
Sodium Target 2 abandoned,
Milk - 1% flavored milk permitted
Biden Administration revision to HHFKA raising the whole grains requirement to 80%, permitting 1% flavored milk, and revising the Sodium requirements to require School meals meet Sodium target 1 for SY2022-23
