LibKey Nomad is a free browser extension that you can install on your favorite browser. Install the plug-in version for your browser and select 'George Washington University - Himmelfarb Library' as your organization. Once installed, Nomad will alert you whenever it finds full-text available from Himmelfarb Library on a variety of sites including PubMed, Scopus, Google Scholar, Web of Science, Wikipedia, and now Covidence! If a match is found a button like the ones below will display - click to go direct to full-text!

Nomad can also find matches for ebook content on Amazon, Wikipedia and many publisher sites including Wiley, Elsevier, Cambridge, Thieme, Wolters-Kluwer, Springer, SAGE, and Taylor and Francis.
Install the appropriate extension for your browser from the Google Chrome Web Store, the Apple Mac App Store for Safari, Mozilla Firefox browser Add-ons, or Microsoft Edge Add-ons. The Google Chrome extension is also compatible with Brave and Vivaldi. After you install the extension, choose ‘George Washington University – Himmelfarb Library’ as your institution. Safari requires a few extra steps to install.

The LibKey.io service provides quick linking to full-text with a PMID or DOI. Just type LibKey.io in your browser address bar:
Input the DOI or PMID in the search bar and click Find Article. LibKey will take you directly to full-text if available, or to the library catalog for more options, or to Docs2Go if full-text is not available from Himmelfarb.

The LibKey linking service provides one click access to PDFs and Table of Contents for many items in the library catalog, Health Information @ Himmelfarb. This service does not require installation of the Nomad browser extension.
Look for the Download PDF links in the results list or full record view to directly download a PDF. The View Issue Contents link will take you to an in context link in the journal issue Table of Contents.
LibKey integrates RetractionWatch.com retraction data to alert you when an article has been retracted or if there is an Expression of Concern notice. When you click a Download PDF button or Nomad button link for a retracted article, an alert like the one below will appear:
