Access to the VSTC Library

Interested in using the VSTC Library?  In the Fall 2020 semester, entrance to VSTC Library is only available to residential students and to GW students, faculty, and staff who are authorized to be on campus.  A seat reservation is required to enter the VSTC Library.

Himmelfarb Library supports the educational, research, & clinical needs of students in GW's nursing programs.  The library provides an array of electronic resources related to the field of nursing, which you'll find linked in this guide.

Logging into Library Resources from Off-Campus

The easiest way to connect to library resources from off-campus is to use your GWU email address and password.  To do so:

  • Access the Himmelfarb Library website and select the database, e-journal, or e-book that you'd like to access.
  • Securely login with your GW email address and password. 
  • The resource that you selected should display automatically.
