You can get assistance with medical apps at Himmelfarb Library's service desk from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from noon to 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays.

Computer and Applications Support Services (CASS) (firstname.lastname@example.org) manages the iPad system for SMHS and can assist with educational apps, password and passcode recovery, and device issues. You can reach CASS via email or stop by the Office of Computer & Application Support Services (CASS) in Ross 302 between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and any of the technicians there will be able to assist you.
