SciENcv: Education/Training

Education/Training

To build your biosketch, begin with the section 'Education/Training.' 

1. Under 'Education/Training' click on 'add one.' A pop up window will open where you can enter or copy and paste your previous education.

2. Enter your education background. Begin with the baccalaureate or other initial professional education, such as nursing. Include postdoctoral, residency, and clinical fellowship training. 

The 'Add new degree' menu is displayed.

 

3. For each entry provide: 

  • The name and location of the institution
  • The degree received (if applicable)
  • The month and year of end date (or expected end date). For fellowship applicants only, also include the month and year of start date.
  • The field of study (for residency entries, the field of study should reflect the area of residency training)

4. Once you have added the required information, click 'Save & add another entry.'

5. Once you have entered all application education background, select 'Save.' Your information will appear under the 'Education/Training' header. Once the 'Education/Training' block is complete, move forward to Sections A-D of the biosketch.
