Section D: Scholastic Performance

Note: Applicants for predoctoral and postdoctoral fellowships, dissertation research grants (e.g., R36), or candidates for research supplements to promote diversity in health-related research from the undergraduate through postdoctoral level must complete Section D: Scholastic Performance.

1. For each listed institution, click 'Add courses.'

2. List each course and final grade. Click 'Save & add another entry.'

3. Once you have listed all courses and grade for an institution, click 'Save.'

4. If your institution(s) used a grading system that differs from a 1-100 scale; an A, B, C, D, F system; or a 0-4.0 scale, explain the grading system in the 'Explanation of grading system' section. Select 'Edit notes.'

5. After explaining the grading system for your institution(s), click the checkmark to save your work.

6. Your CV is now complete and ready to be downloaded

What to Include

Predoctoral applicants/candidates (including undergraduates and post-baccalaureates):

  1. List by institution and year all undergraduate and graduate courses with grades
  2. Explain grading system used if it differs from a 1-100 scale; an A, B, C, D, F system; or a 0-4.0 scale. Indicate the levels required for a passing grade.

Postdoctoral applicants:

  1. List by institution and year all graduate scientific and/or professional courses with grades.
  2. In addition, explain any grading system used if it differs from a 1-100 scale; an A, B, C, D, F system; or a 0-4.0 scale. Also indicate the levels required for a passing grade.
