How do we communicate? We're available via email, chat, and phone for quick questions, and can schedule web conferences for more in-depth questions and projects.

Himmelfarb Library's building is open to students, faculty, residents and staff affiliated with GW's SMHS, SON, and GWSPH. All affiliates must present a valid GWorld card upon entry to Ross Hall and Himmelfarb Library entry, and all affiliates must have their COVID vaccine record uploaded into the health portal.

Himmelfarb Library provides access to 125+ electronic databases, 6,400+ electronic books, and 4,800+ electronic journals. Online access is available 24/7 to GW faculty, students, residents, and staff.
Are you enrolled in online classes offered in the SMHS, GWSPH, or SON? Shipping Service is available for Himmelfarb's collection as well as as Consortium Loan Service (CLS) and Interlibrary Loan items.
Do you need something available at another local academic library? Request it by logging in to Health Information @ Himmefarb! Items delivered to Himmelfarb or the VSTC library, via Shipping Service, or via Courtyard Pick-up Service!
